Premium Beams

Butted Beams

Butted beams are constructed by joining three boards end to end, resulting in a single beam.

minored/mitered Beams

Mitered beams are manufactured by cutting their outer edges at a 45-degree angle, then adhering and nailing them together. The edges are subsequently rolled to achieve a seamless finish, creating the appearance of a single, solid beam.

laminated custom Beams

Laminated beams are custom-fabricated when standard boards do not provide sufficient width for the required beam dimensions. The process involves joining and gluing multiple boards to create a structurally sound and appropriately sized wooden surface. To achieve straight, seamless joints, the boards are carefully aligned, clamped, and allowed to cure thoroughly before being planed to the specified dimensions. This methodical approach typically requires several days to complete.
